A good comparison is 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is better. Suitable for making: cakes, cup cakes, and bread instant.
- MILK SUBSTITUTE
Substitute cow's milk is soy milk, almond milk or coconut milk. How to make"buttermilk" vegetable, for every one cup (235 ml) vegetable milk, add 1 table spoon lemon juice or vinegar, and let stand for 10 minutes.
