- 2 Tbs, sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 300 ° F, or use a toaster oven.
- Mince the onion and saute with olive oil on low heat. Slice the pepper and add to onions, saute for 5 minutes.
- Place the 4 pitas on a baking tray. Place in the oven for 3 minutes to slightly cook the crust of the pita and give it a light crispy texture. Remove and set aside to cool while you slice the toppings.
