• Pulses: peas, beans, lentils, peanuts.

• Soya products: tofu, tempeh, textured vegetable protein, veggie burgers, soya milk.

• Dairy products: milk, cheese, yoghurt (butter and cream are very poor sources of protein). 

• Free range eggs.
